2023 INVITATIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
Tee-Off at 9:00 am
Shot-gun start, team scramble; starting hole will be assigned
o Included are range balls and a cart
o Closest to pin at par 3, 12th hole ($50 to men, $50 to ladies)
o Longest drive at 8th hole ($50 to men and $50 to ladies, must be on fairway)
o Players will have an opportunity to select their twosome or foursome in advance.
o Option available for lunch and musical entertainment only (Starts at 1:30 pm). Go directly to Step 2 (bottom of this page) for luncheon-only registration.
o DRESS CODE - No denim jeans please
GOLF CLASSIC SPECIAL FEATURES
● Included for all players is a buffet style lunch at end of tournament,with musical entertainment by The Symphomaniax, as well as coffee and doughnuts in the morning.
● Free “San Fernando Valley Symphony Orchestra” golf towel and free bottles of water to each player.
● Free raffle ticket for each player, additional raffle tickets at $5 each. Give-aways such as golf balls, pair of tickets to future SFVSO concert, golf foursome at a future date, gift cards, and other sponsor gifts.
● Special 50/50 raffle tickets at $10 each (Split the total with SFVSO with winning ticket).
● In case of rain – we will provide a min. 3-day notice in advance to all players. A future Monday replay will be established.
Cost to participate is $160 for each player, $300 for a twosome and $600 for a foursome if arranged in advance.
